Work arrangements:

Remote and Hybrid. Must be onsite for events and meetings.

Position Summary:The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and creating a variety of marketing materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, posters, and newsletters using state-of-the-art graphics software and techniques. The incumbent will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other Marketing Department staff to prioritize, schedule, and track graphics projects to ensure timely completion. In addition, the Senior Graphic Designer will proofread graphic designs to ensure accuracy and quality, manage and maintain graphic files, and provide Trade Show support materials. The incumbent must be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, keep up with current design trends, and ensure compliance with copyright laws. The incumbent will also provide support and guidance to the marketing team on design-related matters and ensure all marketing materials are brand-aligned and adhere to the company's visual identity standards and style guidelines.

Qualifications – Education and Experience:Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of printing processes and industry standards.

Strong portfolio highlighting a range of design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in graphic design or related field or 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a leadership or senior role.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of web design and experience with digital content creation.

Experience with photography and photo editing.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
