Visual Designer

The Visual Designer will be responsible for providing graphic design support to our marketing team and internal customers, as well as assisting with website design and content development. Additionally, this position will contribute to graphics support for business development and proposal efforts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and more.Assist with website design and content creation using tools like Elementor, ensuring a visually engaging and user-friendly experience.Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects, adhering to established guidelines and standards.Collaborate with business development teams to create visually compelling graphics for proposals, presentations, and other business-related materials.Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred plus proven experience (1-3+ years) as a graphic designer or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.Strong understanding of web design principles and experience with website design using tools like Elementor or similar platforms.Solid portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print materials.Excellent visual and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
