Job DescriptionPaymentus is the leader in electronic billing and payments. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Designer and Developer. In this role, you will provide management and oversight of our website, along with creating digital assets and managing our SEO efforts to enhance our overall brand, drive the digital experience and accelerate online engagement.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, superior design and organizational skills, be analytical and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:Own and maintain the websites for multiple brands and ensure brand consistency across sites and platforms.Collaborate and partner with marketing to create and optimize new pages, assets and modules for optimal UX and Lead Generation.Manage the CMS, handling all implementations and modifications as required.Collaborate closely with our internal teams and Ad Agency to create new modules required for our site and CMS.Manage, collect and report digital KPIs, including web analytics and website conversion optimization.Design digital content for websites, social media, knowledge hubs and digital applications.Translate approved email designs into high quality, responsive HTML compatible across email clients and devices.Design compelling digital ads (animated and static) to be used in paid advertising campaigns.Create and design various materials for digital collateral such as ebooks, downloadable guides, research papers and video.Develop and implement successful SEO strategies with a focus on improving organic search rankings and site traffic.Conduct detailed SEO reporting, providing insights on campaign performance and suggested areas of improvement.Manage relationship with our existing SEO agency ensuring recommendations are implemented and optimized.Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure deployment of high quality, SEO optimized content.Analyze competitor strategies and report back to the team with ideas and improvement to existing strategy.Field other design requested as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:Multiple years’ experience preferably in a digital & B2B SaaS environment or Ad Agency.Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field.Experience with Adobe Design Suite, email platforms such as Pardot/Hubspot, and experience building and maintaining websites using a CMS (Previous CRAFT or Wordpress experience is a plus.)HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript and other programming languages desired.Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools such as SEMRush and Search Console.Previous experience in SEO Marketing and strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques (SEM, PPC, Social Media Advertising, Content Marketing.)Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and project management skills.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative to solve challenges.Excellent written communications and proofreading skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
