Graphic Designer

to carry forth our values of innovation, quality, and excellence across various design solutions. Areas of impact include print and digital design solutions across the entire proposal lifecycle – Request for Information (RFI), Request of Qualifications (RFQs), Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs); brochures; advertisements; slide decks; flyers; logos and other content as required. The

Graphic Designer

will work in close collaboration with project pursuit teams to create compelling document layouts and designs, actively support document storyboard efforts, and craft effective visualization content solutions.The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong artistic skills capable of developing original, eye-catching graphic content to enhance storytelling and the Crawford brand perception. Knowledge of (or a strong curiosity to learn about) sports architecture and construction-related industries is a plus.Responsibilities Include:Manage the publication design process, including storyboarding, content development, layout, proofing and printing.Work quickly and efficiently on multiple design projects with quick turnaround times.Develop eye-catching creative assets, images, and infographics.Design and create logos, slide decks, and leave-behind documents for internal and external needs.Work alongside senior leadership, architects, and designers to provide concept diagrams/illustrations across multiple offices.Transform generic, text-heavy documents and presentations into visually engaging, concise, interactive experiences.Coordinate requests for information from consultant partnersMaintain and update social media and website graphics as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:0-2 Years of Experience.Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related creative field or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.Excellent editorial design skills, visual creativity, strong understanding of typography.Experience with the layout, design, and management of large publication documents.Solid understanding of printing/e-publishing processes.Ability to coordinate with outside agencies, photographers, printers, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Available to work overtime/weekends as needed.Preferred Skill Sets Include:Ability to maintain brand consistency across a variety of media.Strong visual storytelling skills.Comfortable managing a workload of multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.Solid writing skills, with the ability to compose and edit narrative-driven content.Can effectively complete projects both independently and in a team setting.Able to confidently prioritize, manage, and multitask between different projects and deadlines.Demonstrate ability to follow up on assignments.Strong photography skills are a plus, but not required.Knowledge of sports architecture and construction or related industry is helpful but not required.To apply, please email a PDF of your portfolio and resume to careers@crawford-usa.com.Crawford Architects offers a competitive salary and benefits package to all full-time employees.
