The Headwear Merchandising artist is primarily charged with creating Locale non-apparel speed mocks / look books. They assist with sampling, setting up production art templates, new design development, and creation of other supportive collateral materials for sales reps, key accounts, and customers. Though this position is intended to be focused primarily on the Locale brand, opportunities to assist with Legacy and Ouray may arise. The position assists with other projects as needed and reports to the Marketing Design Manager.Job Level Expectations

Create quality, relevant, and timely speed mocks / look books for sales reps and key accounts by request, tracking all through Monday.com.Participate in Locale new design development.Assist in creating sales collateral for promotions, marketing, key accounts, customers, etc.Assist with system and non-system sampling.Assist in establishing and creating stock/production art templates in the appropriate location to be used by both internal and outsourced production artists.Work with the merchandising team on Locale-based projects as requested.Update all Locale non-apparel components of the L2 Brands iPad app.Essential Functions

Strong attention to detail.Excellent color matching skills.Excellent understanding of L2 Brands’ diverse assortment of headwear application processes styles.Excellent understanding of L2 Brands’ headwear styles & colors.Other

Art related degree3 years of relevant experience.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferredCompetencies
