Customer Experience (CX) Graphic DesignerSummaryThe Homemakers Experience Management Team is responsible for the creation, growth, and optimization of the Homemakers shopping experience. We strive to create and map the customer's journey from discovery to the point of purchase, and nurture current customers with customized and tailored experiences. We are looking for someone to join us as we continue to lead in the creation of a cohesive brand across all customer touchpoints.As the CX Graphic Designer, you will focus on creating in-store and digital assets needed to enhance the customer experience at all stages of their purchasing journey. You will be expected to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate customers, and share these ideas with key stakeholders in the company. From large way-finding signs in the showroom to digital ads on Facebook, your goal is to help create a cohesive brand experience within all channels of the business. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to ask questions and instigate change in order to achieve the goals they set forth.Requirements & ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Lead Graphic Designer to develop a brand identity for Homemakers that benefits the overall customer experience.Take ownership of the Homemakers visual brand and be able to defend your design decisions accordingly.Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback through aggregated data, dashboards, surveys, and feedback channels to inform design decisions.Utilize customer data and analytics to make data-driven design decisions, monitor the performance of design solutions, and optimize as needed.Collaborate closely with multiple departments within Homemakers and be able to present designs effectively to all audiences.Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and prioritize projects efficiently.Advise best practices and optimizations by consistently learning industry standards and researching customer needs/wants.Ability to pay attention to small details when spellchecking and proofing designs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic design or similar creative fieldStrong proficiency in Adobe CC programsExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFree Company-Paid life insurance401k Matching up to 8%Employee Discounts, including at Nebraska Furniture Mart3 Weeks PTO per yearPaid Parental LeaveVolunteer Time OffPaid HolidaysOn-site Coffee ShopBackground check is required for all new hires
