Responsibilities:
Create innovative branding designs for marketing campaigns, brand building, version packaging, and other similar initiatives.
Work closely with development and marketing teams to formulate promotion strategies based on product milestones.
Generate proposals for creative planning and visual styles and bring them to life through key visuals, posters, H5 pages, dynamic demonstrations, and offline events.
Develop design specifications, coordinate internal and external resources, and identify design production resources for long-term project needs.
Lead communication in the initial, middle, and end stages of creative branding design projects.
Requirements:
At least three years of relevant industry experience as a senior creative branding designer.
Solid grounding in design, aesthetics, and freehand drawing skills.
Excellent execution skills and a desire for innovation.
Exceptional creative planning, proposal writing, and summarization skills.
Ability to generate creative visual solutions for products and projects.
Strong freehand drawing abilities.
Extensive gaming experience and a deep understanding of military-themed and FPS games.
Familiarity with global gaming industry trends and visual trends.
In-depth research knowledge of various genre types and visual elements.
Excellent communication, expression, and project management abilities.
Proactive in driving work forward and guiding teams to produce high-quality work.
