The Senior Graphic Design position will utilize strategy, knowledge, and skill across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and non-traditional media, to develop on-brand experiences for our target audiences. Senior graphic designers will leverage the brand approach to generate ideas, communicate messages, and drive action to reach health system goals. This position will also facilitate and coordinate the work produced by our external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign or project communication goals.Responsibilities:
Providing on-brand design solutions that align with the strategic approach and drive desired outcomes.Coordinate end-to-end design solutions for all projects, including graphics, photography/imagery, final execution.Developing and presenting design ideas to internal and external clients.Able to lead creative meetings and present concepts/campaigns.Able to execute graphic design across all media types (digital, traditional, and non-traditional).Facilitate and coordinate campaigns and projects through outside partners.Continuously hone skillset through ongoing professional development.Supports the maintenance and extension of the health system brand standards, brand resources (graphics, photos), and branded assets (templates).Able to multi-task and re-prioritize based on health system needs.Able to give and receive constructive feedback as well as apply feedback provided Provide design counsel and creative direction to areas assigned.Demonstrates competencies in the area of critical thinking, communication, interpersonal relationships, and technical skills.Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field5+ years of marketing experiencePreferred:
Healthcare experience
