Oversee all design projects, from conception to deliveryDesign original pieces, including illustrations and infographicsGenerate fresh conceptsEnsure brand consistency throughout all marketing projectsReview junior designers’ work to ensure high qualityRefine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design softwareApply typography techniquesWebsite design look and feelLiaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are metWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designStay up-to-date with industry developments and toolsRequirements
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar rolePortfolio of completed design projectsExtensive experience with Adobe Suite (minimum of PS, AI, ID, LrC)Experience in Adobe Premiere/After Effects (preferred, but not required)Strong aesthetic/composition skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layoutsAttention to visual detailsAbility to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and collaborate with a teamDegree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
