Azalea Health is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for taking concepts and ideas and creating visual representations, in both electronic and print media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and web content management systems, and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. They should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally, the Graphic Designer should be able to stay up-to-date with industry trends and have a creative mindset to contribute to the overall success of the Marketing department.

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with cross-functional teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, sales collateral, social media content, newsletters, and other marketing materialsTranslate strategic direction into high-quality design within the Azalea brand identityDevelop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, imagery, and layoutAssist the Sales and Marketing teams in planning, launching, and evaluating campaigns, events, and other marketing initiativesPerform other duties as assignedBackground And Skills You Will Bring...

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred3+ years of demonstrated experience as Graphic Designer, Web Designer or related roleHighly creative with deep (2-3 years minimum) experience using Adobe design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Familiar with web design, including CSS/HTML, and experience with WordpressStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage information and relationships at all organizational levelsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficientlySUCCESS LOOKS LIKE...
