About The Role

The Director of Marketing at Mad Mobile is a strategic leader responsible for driving the marketing vision and strategy to support the company's growth objectives. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented marketing professional with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Role will be located in our Tampa, FL office. Remote opportunities are not available at this time.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Mad Mobile's business goals and objectives.Brand Management: Strengthen and evolve the Mad Mobile brand to position it as a leader in the retail and restaurant technology space.Demand Generation: Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.Product Marketing: Collaborate with the Product team to effectively communicate the value propositions of Mad Mobile's solutions, ensuring strong product-market fit and successful go-to-market launches.Customer Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, informing marketing strategies and initiatives.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business priorities and drive overall company success.Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities, continuously optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing both long-term vision and short-term execution.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail and/or restaurant technology landscape is a plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
