Social Media Content Creator

Cydcor is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to play a key role in the overall growth and development of our brand by facilitating and executing messaging, filming, and photography for our social media accounts. As the Branding team works to significantly increase the output of engaging social media assets, you will be a pivotal player in making that a reality. You will be the person behind the camera capturing, posting and monitoring all of all of our Social Media content. The right person for this role will be extremely organized, creative, and motivated to deliver innovative work for the Cydcor brand. You will work closely with the CEO and Branding team to manage the development and execution of content shoots.Film, shoot and organize photo and video content for all social media platformsManage the content calendar, partnering with the CEO, Leadership & Branding teams to ensure we are capturing all relevant content happening in our businessCreate content optimized for social with careful attention to trends and thinking outside of the box to represent the brand’s unique vision and voiceInterview top executives and team members on camera to bring out the full Cydcor story- past, present and futurePartner closely with our branding agency to deliver accurate and engaging contentAct as community manager across all platforms, promoting positive brand conversation and engagement, addressing comments when applicableMonitor all social platforms for replies, comments and general sentiment. Work with Branding team to craft responses when necessary and report up general sentiment to the CEO.Continually discover and implement new technologies, concepts and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and brand relevanceDrive optimizations by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and making recommendations regarding shifting resources to top performing posts.Qualifications:Experience communicating with executives and working closely with talent to capture social contentExperience copywriting for a variety of tones and specific platformsAbility to travel multiple times per year, occasional nights or weekends when we have events or activities to capture content.Experience in photo and video shoot production or in developing creative work for digital media.Experience creating, editing, and optimizing social-first contentDeep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices and up to date on industry + platform trendsFamiliarity with various social media editing toolsHigh-level creative judgement and an eye for quality, taste and styleExcellent project management skills, exceptional communication and organizationOutgoing, professional, flexible and solution oriented.Extremely organized, proactive, comfortable taking the lead, and able to understand and pivot when priorities shiftAbility to direct talent on set when neededHigh emotional intelligence - ability to give and receive constructive criticismBenefits and Compensation:401kBase pay starts at $62,000 + Bonus Opportunity"Cydcor will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the law."This job description includes a summary of essential job functions and does not restrict management’s right to assign other duties and responsibilities as required.
