$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Position Type: Freelance, approximately 10 hours per month

Job Summary:

Our Fortune 50 Retail client is seeking a talented Freelance Videographer and Editor to join their team through the end of the year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, focusing on capturing the culture and life inside local stores. This role involves visiting stores, interacting with associates, and producing high-quality videos for corporate use.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit local stores twice a month to collaborate with associates and capture video content.
2. Develop and record content using a personal iPhone, focusing on the store's culture and associates.
3. Produce and edit 2-4 short-form videos per month, ensuring high-quality output.
4. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for future video ideas.
5. Share final video versions with the corporate team for review and feedback.
6. Stay updated with social media trends to enhance video content relevance.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing.
3. Expertise in creating short-form video content.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in social media content creation and management (2+ years).
2. Familiarity with social media strategy development (2+ years).

Additional Information:

1. Total working hours: 10 hours per month.
2. 1 hour per month dedicated to a meeting with the project lead.
3. Video recording sessions should be scheduled during 7-11 am or 6-9 pm.
4. Candidates should be prepared to showcase short-form videos they have produced and discuss past collaborations.
5. Include social media handles on resumes to demonstrate work.
6. Interview process includes one virtual meeting with the leadership team.
