Description

CorVel Corporation, a leading provider of health management and billing technology is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic IT Manager. The IT Manager will manage CorVel’s Telecommunications, and Networking, teams supporting offices across the United States. The IT Manager will be a working manager, managing a team while also performing hands-on technical duties.The ideal candidate will have proven experience with managing a successful IT Team and has direct, hands-on experience supporting an enterprise network. In addition, be highly organized, possess a keen attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in cross-team collaboration.This is a remote role.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage day to day operations of team including running daily meetings, managing projects, prioritizing work, and ensuring operational excellence.Provide hands-on technical knowledge for the area’s managed by the team.Clear roadblocks to allow the team to function at a high level and meet deadlines and established SLA’s.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Work with minimal supervision towards the common goals for the department and the organization.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Management experience leading a technical team with operational responsibilities.Experience supporting Cisco ASA, Cisco NDFC, Cisco ISE , F5 and ancillary applicationsExperience supporting both Cisco telecommunication systems, including planning and implementing upgradesExperience with Azure Networking a plusPAY RANGE:CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.CorVel, a
