Role and Responsibilities:We arelooking for a Content Developer within the Global Sales Enablement team who candesign and develop learning and practicing experiences for our sales teams. Thegoal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competenciesby creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content thatenhances retention and transfer.As a ContentDeveloper, you will work closely with program managers, course developers, andsubject matter experts to design and produce self-paced, asynchronous learningexperiences. To thrive in this job, you must be strong in instructional designfor sales teams, learning development principles, and instructional designtools. You must have the ability to translate technical content into effectivelearning solutions.Your Impact· State instructional end goals and create contentthat matches them.· Visualize instructional graphics, the userinterface, and the finished product.· Conduct instructional research and analysis onlearners and contexts.· Assess, design, and develop learning solutionsthat assist business leaders in meeting functional and organizational businessobjectives.· Apply learning design knowledge to producesolutions using insight from the Training Team, Project Managers,subject-matter experts, and management.· Decide on the criteria used to judge learners’performance develop knowledge and skill assessments, and reinforce learningconcepts, through audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.· Review and test new and revised curriculum offeringsfrom other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement;contributes to new curriculum or program ideas.Skills Required:· BA/BS/ MA/MS degree in Learning Design,Education or another related field, or equivalent practical experience· 3+ years of instructional design experience andexcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.· Proven working experience in instructionaldesign and instructional technology.· Ability to demonstrate lesson and curriculumplanning skills.· Experience in creating and managing theproduction workflow of interactive eLearning and video modules with at leastone Learning Management System.· Excellent interview skills, with the ability tocut through the fog to identify and address the requester's needs.· Knowledge of learning format options andtradeoffs.· Strong project management and organizationskills.
