The Content Developer – Education Services is a full-time position and will report directly to the Director of Education Services and will facilitate the creation, implementation, and operation of educational systems content for the Sport Performance Education System of USA Volleyball Educational Services. Cross departmental support is expected for all positions. Extended hours may be required to include nights, weekends, and holidays.The position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with the possibility of remote work for highly qualified candidates. Some domestic travel will be required of 20% maximum.Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

include but are not necessarily limited to:Support the Education Services team in the development, curation, management, and delivery of education content and programming, ensuring alignment with USA Volleyball's standards and best practices.Develop, coordinate, and support the platforms for USA Volleyball Academies, including multimedia, curriculum, in-person programs, learning experiences, gamification, and e-commerce processes.Create, design, and manage educational resources, such as print materials, webinars, and videos, ensuring accuracy, relevance, consistency, and brand integrity while utilizing advanced video editing, technical, and photography skills.Create, with the Education Services team, event formats, schedules, contracts, and agreements for education programs, utilizing strong organizational skills to ensure successful event execution.Gather, analyze, and share feedback from the coaching community to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in USA Volleyball's education offerings.Collaborate with internal departments to implement a master education plan for volleyball stakeholders and support the growth, transition, and delivery of education resources to ensure the success of our education programs.Respond to program inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback from coaches, club directors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and communication.Other duties and projects as assigned.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching education, instructional design, online education, business management, sport management, or related field.Strong project management and multi-tasking skills required.Advanced oral and written communication skills.Position requires the ability to work indoor & outdoor with moderate to heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.Must be able to successfully pass a USAV background screening (prior to hire date).Must successfully complete SafeSport training within two weeks of hire date.Master’s degree in coach education, instructional design, online education, or similar background is a plus.Experience in membership subscription programs is a plus but not required.Experience with creating instructional manuals.Proficiency in LMS production and authoring tools (Articulate 360), Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics and audio/video editing, and virtual meeting platforms is preferred.Starting Salary
