Make Your Mark:The marketing operations specialist is responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance, and reporting on automated marketing programs and email distribution related to BlackLine marketing strategy with a focus on reporting.You'll Get To:Primary Marketing Operations advisor/expert on outbound marketing campaigns for select Marketing teamsBuild and execute various types of programs in MarketoCoordinate with other marketing teams and Traffic team to manage outbound programsUpdate and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns in Marketo and SalesforceContinuously improve data intake and cleansing following industry best practices and internal processCollaborate with other marketing operations team members on projects such as segmentation, lead scoring, lead life cycle, documentation and enablementsAssist in implementation of integration processes with 3rd party vendorsTrain other marketing teams on how to run basic reports in SalesforceIdentify areas of improvements and enhancements on marketing programs and make recommendationOther job-related duty as assignedWhat You'll Bring:3-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations/Demand Generation3-4 years of hands-on experiences with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or HubspotB2B marketing background with experience in marketing automation, lead processing (including lead scoring), marketing database, and email complianceStrong ability to work cross functionallyExcellent planning and project management skillsAbility to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and predict and prevent last minute firesAdvanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, Pivot tables, and data reportingHigh attention to detail with high volume outputMust be highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced evolving environmentWe’re Even More Excited If You Have:Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Marketo or other marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot
