Growth Marketing ManagerRole DescriptionAs our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Sensa Padel's growth through strategic marketing initiatives and innovative customer acquisition strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work manage our marketing agency and work closely with leadership. You will collaborate closely with our Club General Managers, operations and sales teams to enhance brand awareness, increase membership, and drive customer acquisition.Location - Remote - must be based in USAThis role can be remote, for anyone living in the USA and with pre-existing work authorization. It will involve some travel to visit and collaborate with the team at corporate headquarters in NYC, and at our locations in Boston, Nashville, and Austin.

You will have the option to work on site if you do live in any of the above listed cities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Growth Marketing StrategiesLead the development and execution of growth-focused marketing strategies to drive new players to the court and membership growth. Drive successful customer acquisition campaigns, leveraging targeted marketing channels, and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to conversion.Content ProductionProduce high-quality digital content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns. This includes graphics, videos, blog posts, social media and more. You will have budget for an agency to execute most of the work, but will be able to update websites, make social post, provide graphics to the GMs and operate our digital machine as needed.A/B Testing and OptimizationRun and track A/B tests to optimize campaign performance. Analyze results to understand what works best and implement changes accordingly. Utilize data analytics and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and make informed decisions to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.Key Relations ManagementOwn relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and maximizing ROI on marketing spend. Build a relationship with key influencers and press to drive brand awareness and more padel exposure. Coordinate collaborations and manage public relations efforts to maximize exposure with third parties.Website & Social Platform MaintenanceContinue to improve, update and monitor all external platforms (Website, Instagram, WhatsApp group, LinkedIn, Facebook etc) to be up to date, relevant and optimized towards company goalsDigital Community BuilderPassionate about new campaigns to build brand love and real digital community, and share community updatesBudget ManagementManage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest impact on business growth.QualificationsExperience:

Proven track record (2+ years) in marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on growth marketing and customer acquisition strategies for local businesses, such as sports and social clubs, restaurants, event spaces.Strategic Thinker:

Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.Agency and Vendor Management:

Experience managing external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and performance expectations.Customer Focus:

Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and retention through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.Passion for Padel (optional):
