Summary of the Position:

The Equine Marketing Specialist will assist the Equine Marketing team in coordinating and executing tasks and projects that align with organizational goals and objectives. As a marketing specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to promote our brand.Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, including the Defender Kentucky Three-Day.Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling product messaging and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.Collaborate with our sales team to develop promotional materials and support their efforts in driving sales.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery.Keep the equine brand team and organization up to date on industry trends and changes in the competitive marketplace.Build relationships with key stakeholders.Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives.Assist in developing and then executing marketing campaigns to promote our equine products, including social media, email marketing, and print advertising.Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and ensure understanding and alignment with marketing plans.Regular Attendance Required.Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field and/or a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a communications/marketing role. Industry experience in the marketing of animal health, consumer health, nutritional, or pharmaceutical industries desired. An animal background is preferred but not required.Supervisory Responsibilities:
