Storyteller is a new B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue.For customers, building their own stories experience can take years and a lot of investment however Storyteller has solved this by allowing companies to integrate in days, not years all for one monthly cost. Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.We work with globally-recognised clients in US TV and Sports industries. As our Creative Content Manager, you'll be the driving force and custodian of quality for our design solutions. You'll manage our design projects and coordinate with our talented design team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.Your keen eye will ensure each design meets our top-tier standards, platform specifications, and client brand guidelines, all while using Figma, your faithful tool. If you can spot a design hitch in a flash and love to get your hands dirty with creative and technical aspects, you're our ideal candidate. You'll have a significant impact in this role, shaping design projects that turn heads worldwide.

What can you expect?Becoming an expert in the Storyteller platformYou will take ownership of delivery of and client satisfaction for the designs we provide for a major client in the sports industryReport to and work with the Account Director and Manager, input and support other team members and work autonomouslyTaking the lead in organizing design tasks, prioritising activities to help the team focus on what’s most important.Briefing designers clearly about project details, considering client requests, platform best practices, and aesthetics to ensure everyone's on the same page.Providing designers with regular constructive feedback that fosters continuous improvement.Working with both static and video assetsPaying attention to details so we continue to create high-quality designs that meet client specifications, brand style guides, and distribution platform safe zonesUsing Figma to manage design projects, simplifying versioning and specification tracking.Regular sessions with clients and account managers to keep stakeholders in the loop.Promoting clear and open communication within the team, ensuring everyone's voice is heard.Liaising with team and account managers to ensure efficient allocation of internal resourcesCreating written and recorded guidance and best practices documents for internal and external useCollecting and tracking dependencies both internally and with the clientGetting your hands dirty with last-minute, simple asset requestsQualifications

US - Up to 36,800 USD per per depending on experience and skills.CA - Up to 56,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and skills.Outside of US/CA - Up to 33,000 USD per year, depending on experience and skills.Contract

US/CA - Full time employment contract - fully remote working.Outside of US/CA - Full time contractor contract - fully remote working from anywhere within the ET/PT time zone!Recruitment Process

Firstly - a meeting with Ashara, Lead Project Manager at Storyteller. During the meeting, Ashara will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.Secondly – if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your problem-solving skills. We’ll discuss that in a second meeting with Ashara and a member of our leadership team.
