The Marketing Manager plays a key role with the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and on-budget while monitoring the consistency, quality, and integrity of our work product and expression in the marketplace. You serve as the point of contact for planning and organizing trade shows and conferences. You will implement and manage our on-line company store, working with a preferred vendor to secure branded merchandise for an easy-to-shop experience for colleagues. As needed, you will also support social media management, email marketing, and the company intranet.Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

Manage marketing aspects of trade shows, webinars and conference events where Anew Climate is a sponsor, exhibitor, or featured speaker, including serving as the single point of contact for the event coordinators and colleagues who are attending; manage event collateral, branding, and presentations; handle logistics and details; prepare post-event reports; suggest improvements for future events, and maintain a schedule of events and sponsorships, implementing a system for mid- and long-term planning.Manage the company's on-line store where branded merchandise and supplies are available for employees.Serve as point of contact for new internal project requests. Lead with a project management mindset and create/maintain a process to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines are met.Help drive efficiency across the marketing team through KPI reporting, ensuring easy access to information, and building self-serve access to materials as appropriate.Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including creating engaging content and/or editing previously approved content.Post provided content on the company's website, coordinate newsletters and client alert distribution, as needed.Coordinate company and executive awards nominations and submissions.Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often preferred.5-8 years of proven working experience in marketing in a corporate or agency environment.Experience in the low carbon fuels industry, carbon markets or an adjacent industry is preferred.Understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and other relevant channels.Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create compelling and clear marketing materials.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.Basic analytical skills to evaluate marketing data and performance metrics. Ability to use tools like Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms.Creative thinking to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and materials.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM systems, email marketing software, Asana, etc.).Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Word.Experience collaborating with colleagues both in person and remote.A passion to protect and restore our environment to enable a sustainable future.Work Location: Houston office with option to work remotely Mondays and Fridays.Equal Employment
