We invest year on year on new technology and innovation to keep our competitive lead.We also believe that a company’s success is based on its people, so we make it a priority to hire the best and help our employees evolve within the company, throughout departments and offices.We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to deploy our go-to-market strategy in North America.You'll be focused on expanding MEGA International’s business in the region by collaborating with the sales team on marketing plans and executing marketing activities to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.In this role, you will plan, organize, and execute programs that generate demand, develop the brand presence in the region, and contribute to customer satisfaction. You will have support across adjacent marketing disciplines, specifically Brand and Communications, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing. You will report to the MEGA NA’s Country Manager.With activities in the USA, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Europe, you will work in a multicultural and international environment and be part of a leading dynamic software company.Your main responsibilities

Define and execute a strong marketing plan and budget to support the growth of the North American markets.Build a robust lead generation engine to support sales pipelines, mixing email campaigns, SDR cadences and messages, virtual and in-person events, social media, and paid advertising.Develop and increase regional brand positioning and visibility by localizing and creating specific content such as blog articles, customer stories, videos, white paper, ebooks, etc.Develop specific marketing activities to engage and connect with customers (community, newsletters, events, etc.)Manage, analyze, and report on marketing activities and impact on business to identify areas of improvement and suggest remediation plans.Your profile
