mission and fostering meaningful connectionswith students, staff, and partners.

brand through compelling photo, video, andwritten content.

media relations andbranding initiatives, while also overseeing additional key responsibilities.

.YourPrimary Functions:•

Developand implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with

our

overall goals andobjectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure synergy withcollegiate marketing efforts.•

Createengaging photo, video, and written content that resonates with the targetaudience, highlighting

our

initiativesand capturing the essence of student experiences.•

Overseethe production and curation of multimedia content for various channels,including social media,

emails,

theAFA website, and other relevant platforms.•

A

ct as the guardian of

our

brand identity, ensuringconsistency and cohesiveness across all content and communication channels.•

Collaboratewith internal teams and external partners to create engaging and visuallycompelling event collateral, including signage, promotional materials, andmultimedia content, enhancing

our

brand visibility and recognition during variousoccasions.•

compelling content to engage and inform

a wide-ranging agricultural industry

Elevatethought leadership initiatives, positioning

our organization

as an industry authoritythrough strategic content creation, industry partnerships, and speakingengagements.•

Spearhead

themarketing of our

fundraisingcampaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drivefinancial support for AFA's initiatives and programs.•

M

onitor and analyze contentperformance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuousimprovement.•

Stayabreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices incontent marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into

our

strategy.•

Coordinate

efforts to enhance

our organizational

presence in the medialandscape,

managing our media contact database and assisting in

securing opportunities forinterviews, features, and thought leadership.•

Ability to foster collaboration, influence others and build trust withinternal

team

and external

partners .•

Creative and analytical thinker ,

proficient in

tracking the performance of various communications activities yetpossess a unique ability to think creatively about marketing communicationsopportunities and challenges.•

Outstanding writer that has a knack at presenting ideas in a clearmanner that even the least knowledgeable stakeholder can understand.•

Solid presentation skills with ability to confidently share plans andinfluence peers and management on marketing communications priorities .RequiredEducation and Experience•

Bachelor’sdegree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field•

Digital and event marketing experience•

Video andsocial media content production and editing•

5+ years ofmarketing experience

Preferred Education and Experience•

Involvement in orworking knowledge of agriculture and food industry•

Donor and alumnimarketingSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position may involve the supervision of staff.Because travel isfrequent and this role represents our organization at other conferences,ability to transport personal belongings and organizational promotionalmaterials for travel, with reasonable accommodation, is necessary.Position Type/Regular Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and regular hours of workand days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.You will be expected to work some eveningsand weekends as needed.TravelSome out-of-area and overnight travel is expected to AFAevents throughout the year and on weekends.Travel is not expected to exceed 10%.AgricultureFuture of America (AFA) provides equal employment opportunities to allemployees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
