Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute all B2B digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid acquisition, email campaigns, and social media.

Develop and deploy ROI-positive demand and lead generation programs at scale, with a particular focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Increase lead generation with quarterly benchmarks for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, delivering data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.

Maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels, managing the brand effectively.

Lead freelance professionals, including web developers and content creators.

Collaborate with our Sales Ops team to outline client content for marketing and reporting opportunities, including case studies, new client reports, and DH presentations.

Work directly with senior management to develop and execute the annual marketing plan.

Coordinate with product services to identify and execute product marketing collateral for internal and external use.

Develop best-practice marketing templates for scalability, including reporting, case studies, and testimonials.

Track and report on web analytics and KPIs, such as new targeted traffic, new contact forms, and bounce rates.

Manage marketing creative assets, content database, project calendar, and deliverables with key stakeholders.

Oversee outreach marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, trade shows, and collateral.

Identify branding, marketing, and sales opportunities within the technology and healthcare sectors.

Create and manage automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Create and manage marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing.

Experience and Qualifications

5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in a SaaS company, ideally within the healthcare sector.

Demonstrable success in developing and deploying ROI-positive demand and lead generation programs at scale.

Passionate about working at a start-up and blazing new trails in an emerging technology category.

Proven results in B2B content marketing tactics, such as SEM, SEO strategy, email campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing.

Strong experience and understanding of paid acquisition, including Google AdWords and YouTube.

Demonstrated ability to lead integrated content marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong writer and copy-editor).

Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field.

Self-starter and problem solver who proactively finds the best solutions.

Highly organized, with a knack for managing projects and streamlining processes.

Tech-savvy with a creative flair; familiarity with Canva, Wix, or other creative tools is a bonus.

Ability to take charge and direct resources as needed.

Team player mentality with a collaborative approach.

Compensation

$75,000-80,000 base salary
