Marketing Manager
to join our commercial team in
Austin, TX!Remote - HYBRIDWhat You’ll Do
Become familiar with markets’ underwriting appetites; build & maintain positive relationships with underwriters and wholesaler’s staff.Maintain internal database (AMS 360/IR), create submissions, applications, proposals etc.Maintain Marketing Dept reference and tracking documents.Coordinate with commercial team in identifying and developing new markets.Utilize carriers’ online portals to download applications and other documentation and to rate policies.Consult with Account Executive &/or Producer to create marketing strategy.Prepare submissions and present to markets, negotiate with underwriters.Prepare client proposals, finance contracts and other documentation needed to bind.Perform other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.5-7 years’ experience in commercial lines insurance; experience with middle market business, marketing, online quoting a plus.Texas General Agents license.Proficient in using internet & online systems including MS Office & Excel.Familiar with agency management systems; prior experience with AMS360 &/or Image Right a plus.Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.What We Offer
