Manager at BiblioCommons, you

will be responsible for creating and

implementing marketing

strategies that align with our business goals. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts,

driving the positioning,

messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, develop compelling content, and execute campaigns that generate demand and drive customer engagement.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology and marketing. They are creative and results-driven marketers with a proven track record of driving successful product launches in the B2B space. The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director.RESPONSIBILITIES (How You’ll Make an Impact)Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features.Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure product strategy and goal alignment.Produce blog posts, case studies, guides, checklists, videos, and social media posts.Develop messaging for campaigns that target specific personas and drive engagement.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and recommend changes, if necessary.Develop sales enablement materials, including product demos, presentations, and competitive analysis.Engage with customers to gather feedback and create customer success stories.QUALIFICATIONS (What You’ll Bring to the Team)College diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.Experience with sales enablement and creating marketing collateral.Highly skilled storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, working with a high degree of independence.Organized!
