full-time , fully remote , ongoing contract

opportunity. Non-local candidates must be willing to work EST hours.Our client's in-house creative agency is looking for a highly organized and energetic Marketing Communications Project Coordinator to support the execution of creative tactics across all channels for the business. This individual will possess a proven ability to think strategically about the requirements needed for each project and will be able to independently research and acquire various elements or missing details. The Marketing Communications Project Coordinator will report to The Creative Agency Associate Director and will work closely with the Account Management, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation Teams.What You'll Do:Manage projects through their lifecycle by identifying and tracking the flow of tasks between the creative team and internal clients; including handholding the project through each phase and reporting status.Collaborate with Creative Team members to ensure the development of visual solutions that achieve communication and strategic objectives.Monitor intermediate and long-term deadlines and key milestones to ensure timely execution.Flex across multiple business units and adapt to an ever-changing workflow.Work to support Account Managers and Marketing stakeholders in identifying goals/objectives of creative deliverables.Participate in project kickoff and follow-up meetings as well as bi-weekly status update calls.Manage translations as needed.Research outstanding questions, get content decisions, and gather missing information from Marketing teams to ensure accurate scope, clear requirements, and deadlines prior to the Design team’s engagement.Organize files on a cloud-based server and monitor work efforts within the project management system per team processes.What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification with 3+ years of professional experience working in Marketing, Creative, and/or Advertising environment – Digital and B2B preferred.Proficient in the use of Project Management Software Tools (Adobe Workfront experience preferred) with demonstrative growth in the use of project methodologies.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a comfort level of communicating with stakeholders.Proven strong project management and problem-solving skills including organization and attention to detail.Understanding of various creative channels, the creative development process, and hands-on experience working with Designers and agency partnersProficient with MS OfficeAble to establish and meet deadlines and establish clear priorities quickly.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively with a wide variety of functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
