ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:Executes the day-to-day social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community management on various platforms.Drafts engaging social media content that meets the brand image.Collaborates with Marketing team to align social content with brand messaging.Monitors and manages communications with customers, influencers, and partners.Utilizes social media management platform for content organization and scheduling.Analyzes performance data for reporting and optimization.Monitors social trends and emerging platforms for growth opportunities.Implements enhancements to social media properties and website.Applies SEO knowledge to create SEO-friendly content.Stays updated on industry trends.Complies with safety and GMP requirements.SAFETY STATEMENT RESPONSIBILITYSupports a culture of safe production and operations; follows all safety rules and procedures. Actively participates in the safety program.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field and 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media required.Knowledge of various social media platforms and tools. Experience with social content creation and publishing. Familiarity with Adobe suite, Illustrator, Canva preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret business content. Strong written and verbal communication skills.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESDetailed-oriented and strong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsQuick response time and sense of urgencyAbility to work on multiple tasks under tight deadlinesResourcefulness and self-motivationPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee is required to remain at a stationary work location and use a computer.
