Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Guru Manager to join our team! You will also be responsible for managing online ads, and social media postings, and maintaining an online presence that properly represents the company. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated experience managing a successful team.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyzes information to identify new markets and customersDevelop strategies to improve existing and past marketing effortsanalyze the demand for products and services, and the efficiency of existing marketing campaigns and strategiesPlans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).Conducts market research and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of productsMaintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations.Review and optimize marketing budgetGather and analyze consumer behavior data in web traffic and rankingsCollaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities to promote the brandWork with outside vendors/collaborators to coordinate and implement industry specific marketing:Google Awards/Ratings & AnalyticsCustomer ReviewsWebsite design and reviewGraphics design coordinationContent writersAdvertisement strategies

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a Marketing position.Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.MUST BE CREATIVE
