ROLE OVERVIEW

TechPoint is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing the day-to-day management of TechPoint's digital marketing efforts to align with industry best practices and engage tech industry members and community stakeholders. This person will also lead performance marketing efforts promoting a cross-channel execution approach in collaboration with internal partners. The role is highly tactical and requires consistently strong performance and fast work turn-around times as it plays a crucial role in driving demand generation, sales funnel development and resulting program participation.

RESPONSIBILITIESPlans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, consistent with brand marketing mandates.Leads the development of marketing and sales funnel through calibration and execution of marketing touch points and messaging to target personas.Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence.Executes website build, update and maintenance, consistent with TechPoint's brand positioning and target messaging.Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) in the marketing and sales funnel.Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.Drives the creation and execution of new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end stakeholder experience across multiple channels and touch points.Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.Collaborates with internal stakeholders, agencies and other vendor partners, particularly around brand marketing and messaging development.Evaluates emerging technologies.Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Supports TechPoint initiatives and other duties as they arise.REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience with product marketing, demand generation and marketing analytics, preferably in a technology-related industry.Strong technical skills with using enterprise tech tools.Significant experience managing campaigns with Salesforce and Pardot.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in office productivity tools (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software).Preference given to candidates with WordPress, CSS, and Asana.CORE COMPETENCIES
