The Job at a Glance We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale our affiliate marketing efforts as we continue to grow our B2C eCommerce business across our five brands (fix.com, partselect.com, ereplacementparts.com, easyapplianceparts.com, and genuinereplacementparts.com). This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to disrupt an industry that has enormous opportunity for content and community-building. You will take ownership of our affiliate program, drive partnerships, and implement strategies that increase traffic, boost conversions, and build brand loyalty. This is a key role in our growth strategy, requiring creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for DTC marketing. A Typical Day Develop & Scale Affiliate Program: Lead the creation, implementation, and scaling of our affiliate marketing program to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition. Affiliate Recruitment & Partnerships: Proactively identify and recruit new affiliates and strategic partners, particularly those who resonate with DTC audiences and align with our brand values. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize affiliate campaigns to increase conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data insights to improve ROI and ensure sustainable growth. Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure they are well-supported, aligned with our brand, and motivated to promote our products. Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and deliver actionable insights. Regularly report on program metrics such as affiliate sales, traffic, CPA, and customer retention. Budget & Commission Management: Manage affiliate commission structures, ensuring payouts are competitive while adhering to the company's budget and profitability goals. Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and offers for affiliates, ensuring that affiliate marketing assets are on-brand and tailored to the DTC market. Affiliate Technology: Oversee the management of affiliate tracking platforms and software, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and integration with other marketing tools. To Land This Opportunity You have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within a DTC or eCommerce environment. You have a strong understanding of affiliate networks, performance marketing strategies, and tracking systems (e.g., Impact, CJ, ShareASale). You have previous experience building and scaling affiliate programs for a growing DTC or eCommerce business. You have familiarity with influencer marketing, referral programs, and influencer-affiliate hybrid strategies. You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities, and proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) You are a strong communicator and able to negotiate to onboard, nurture, and retain high-performing affiliates. You have a knowledge of DTC metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and LTV. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field you get bonus points.
