About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, AI-driven strategies, and the latest digital marketing trends. This individual will develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for both consumer and business markets.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Design and implement a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy that seamlessly aligns with overall business objectives. Lead with Precision & Excellence: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, ensuring all initiatives are executed with flawless precision, strategic alignment, and measurable impact. AI & Automation Expertise: Implement AI-powered marketing tools for automation, content creation, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making. Brand Management: Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all divisions and industries through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging B2B & B2C Marketing: B2B: Develop lead generation strategies for sales, commercial financing, retail parts, and corporate partnerships. B2C: Optimize customer engagement, digital advertising, and direct-to-consumer sales efforts for retail automotive, powersports, and aviation. Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and website optimization to maximize conversions. Analytics & ROI Optimization: Utilize data analytics to track campaign success, optimize marketing spend, and enhance customer targeting. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of marketing trends, emerging AI technologies, and industry best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and department heads to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 8+ years of proven marketing leadership experience with a strong track record of driving growth, innovation, and strategic execution. Expert-level AI marketing knowledge-hands-on experience using AI for automation, audience targeting, content generation, and campaign optimization. Proven success in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media strategies. Experience in multi-location or international marketing preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Innovative mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and trends.
