The marketing team is looking for a content marketing manager with strong communication, content creation, content strategy, and persona-based copywriting skills. The successful candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and an excitement to write for different platforms, formats, and campaigns.What You Will Do
Lead and coordinate multiple marketing functions, driving innovative strategies and programs to boost our products and services. Develop and execute marketing plans for various market sectors. Foster a high-performing team by selecting, nurturing, and evaluating talent to ensure seamless operations.Responsible for external communications, including website, ad copy, email and blogsUse key brand personas as a guide to develop campaigns, strategies, and contentResponsible for executing content that resonates with a global audience and supports expansion effortsResponsible for testing and tracking content performance and adjusting strategies as neededResponsible for upholding our editorial guidelines and ensuring a consistent, desirable message is conveyed through communications channelsResponsible for identifying relevant communication opportunities and creating, placing, and communicating content and messagesResponsible for crafting stories that resonate with our target audience and delivering them in innovative waysResponsible for the end-to-end content journey for a customer, including developing messaging strategies for nurture tracks, advertising, and websitesAbility to collaborate with product marketing, PR, demand generation, sales, customer support, and creative teams to develop content marketing strategies and deliverablesPlan and define our content distribution strategies based on platform metrics, and what is driving the biggest engagement/revenue to hit our goalsAbility to plan, develop, and publish content on our blogAbility to write for the website, email, landing pages, social media, and advertisingAbility to write long and short-form contentEditing and proofreading content from other team membersAbility to organize your work and efficiently meet campaign deadlinesWhat Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Degree in communications, marketing or (4+ years) of equivalent experience in marketing communicationsExpert written and communication skills with experience creating copy to build awareness, nurture, convert, and retain customersStrong copywriting skills: clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy, and mastering a brand’s unique languageFamiliarity with commonly used style guidesWorking knowledge of the Google SuiteExperience creating copy for a global audienceBasic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practicesExperience working with a brand that has a large community baseAbility to work within deadlines and move projects forwardOur Company
