A successful candidate will be able to work fluidly across multiple departments while delivering at start-up speed. You will bring new products to market that have a positive impact on our prospects and deliver against business objectives while building out materials for existing products. This will include product training, price and promotion. Your experience working with Healthcare providers, specifically hospitals, will help accelerate your success.Preference will be given to candidates in Atlanta but working remotely on the East Coast is also an option for exceptional candidates.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and refine compelling messaging and positioning that establish Cognosos as a category leader across the Healthcare vertical.Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.Arm the sales team with the training, tools and content that will successfully turn your portfolio of products into revenue.Create and execute product launch plans including content creation, PR, AR, and sales and partner material. Work with demand generation to approve and deliver ads that drive results and with events to ensure coverage at important trade shows.Assess product marketing effectiveness through new pipeline creation, pipeline velocity, and new bookings. Report back and recommend to the business on any required changes.An Ideal Candidate Has7+ years of product marketing experience within a B2B organizationExperience marketing to hospitals in the USKeen problem-solving abilities—you seek to understand others’ business problems and identify the best possible solutionsAbility to think strategically and act tacticallyFluency with metrics relevant to both marketing and sales in B2B SaaS, and translating insights into action.Experience working on low-hierarchy, fast-moving and motivated teams.Experience using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, Zoom, and HubSpot.Minimum Requirements For The Role4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS with experience in healthcare or related vertical/enterprise markets.Comfortable working in a highly collaborative cross functional environment and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.Experience conducting research, interviewing subject matter experts and developing expert insights that can be used to create thought leadership and campaigns in new markets.Highly motivated self-starter who prides themselves on having a growth mindset.Belief in just enough process to deliver consistent, repeatable, high-quality results, but not so much process that it distracts or causes unnecessary delays.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple work streams to launch programs on time.Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
