Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing analysts.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback.

Data Analysis and Insights Generation:

Analyze large datasets to generate actionable marketing insights.Develop, tune, and validate predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes.Utilize statistical programming tools (SAS, R, Python) for data manipulation and analysis.

Reporting and Visualization:

Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize marketing performance.Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Align marketing analytics with overall company goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within marketing campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to align strategies.Serve as a liaison between data teams and other departments to ensure cohesive data usage.Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance customer insights and marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Technology Stack Management:

Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology tools.Ensure the marketing technology stack supports data collection, analysis, and reporting needs.Stay updated on new technologies and tools to improve marketing analytics capabilities.

Customer Insights:

Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to understand diverse customer needs.Analyze customer journey data to improve targeting and personalization efforts.Develop and maintain customer lifetime value models and churn predictions.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Perform market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Analyze competitive data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Provide strategic recommendations based on market and competitive insights.

Budget and Resource Allocation:

Manage the marketing analytics budget and allocate resources efficiently.Ensure that analytical tools and resources are effectively utilized.Monitor and report on budget performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Probability and Statistics, Operations Research, Linear Programming, Computer Programming, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, data wrangling, and developing predictive data models.7 years of experience working with large relational datasets and databases (SQL preferred).5 years of experience in statistical programming (SAS, R, or Python) and professional experience in CRM, Database Marketing, Analytics, or Strategy Consulting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.Experience with marketing technology stacks and tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Marketing Analytics Manager (Hybrid - No C2C)
