POSITION OVERVIEWAs the Manager of Digital Media, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media strategies to elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive revenue generation. Leveraging your expertise in digital media planning, buying, and analytics, you will develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across various platforms. Your in-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality and entertainment industry will contribute to the resort's continued success as a premier destination for unforgettable experiences in the digital landscape.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Work with the Senior Manger to develop comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the resort's marketing objectives and target audienceCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan digital media buys and allocate budgets effectivelyExecute digital media buys across various platforms, including display ads, social media, email marketing, and programmatic advertisingNegotiate favorable terms with media vendors to maximize the impact of campaignsLead the execution of integrated digital media campaigns that complement marketing initiatives and reinforce brand messagingEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channelsAnalyze digital media performance data to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisionsOptimize digital media strategies based on performance insights and industry trendsOversee social media advertising campaigns, engaging with target audiences and leveraging data to enhance campaign successImplement strategies to grow and engage the resort's social media followingManage email marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to nurture guest relationships and drive loyaltyPersonalize email communications to increase engagement and conversionsManage digital media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROIMonitor spending and track expenses within budgetary guidelinesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with digital media vendors and partnersEvaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for digital media placementsTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessaryQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
