Account Manager

Manage client initiatives and deliver on strategy, on scope and within deadlinesManage day-to-day team priorities and responsibilities to keep deadlines on trackLead client meetings, respond to client requests and translate requests into actionable tasks and/or deliverablesContribute to the overall planning for a client's business while partnering with internal account leadershipHelp build and maintain strong relationships with clients and extended teamsChampion IV Interactive's perspective with clients in a persuasive and articulate mannerAssist with special projects and research as neededWhat we are looking for

4-6+ years of account management experienceCreative agency experience, preferably in digital marketing/SEO/web developmentSolid base level understanding of all things marketing, digital and techExperience managing multiple client/customer accountsHighly motivated, and career driven - enthusiastic and quick learnerService-oriented: Is an active listener who can quickly develop a strong understanding of a client's perspective and goalsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, etc.Highly organized/proactive and strong attention to detailAble to prioritize and deadline drivenAble to work autonomously and within a team constructExperience with Slack, Google Spreadsheets, Zoom and other tools of the tradeDirect experience in the areas of design, web development and digital marketingBonus points

Proficiency (or certified) in Google AnalyticsGeneral understanding of SEO, PPC and digital marketing practicesExperience with project management methodologies or toolsExperience working with a development team, marketing team, and/or design teamBenefits:
