.Job Description Summary

Join our growing global Marketing team responsible for driving Nextuple’s Marketing Content and Campaigns and building successful marketing content and campaigns. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with our subject matter experts, product, leadership and engineering teams to pitch and produce a wide range of content in support of ongoing strategic objectives. Projects will include managing campaigns for thought leadership pieces, market commentaries, videos, infographics, executive talking points, and digital copywriting for both internal and external audiences. Candidates should have a deep understanding of marketing channels (direct email, website, social, etc.) and use of content types (long vs. short form, written vs. A/V, etc.) to optimize audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be a nimble thinker, writer, and communicator with proven expertise distilling complex concepts into concise, digestible content. Ideal candidate is within commuting distance to Andover MA Nextuple office. Hybrid office hours are required at least two days per week in Andover MA..Experience with HubSpot landing pages, website editor, and content management (HubSpot Certifications desired)Experience with social media paid campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.Experience in copywriting and editing for the retail and grocery industries.Ability to manage content/creative/video assets. Creative design/video editing a big plus.Talent for efficiently addressing feedback and providing useful feedback to others—both in service of driving team growth and improving internal culture.Outstanding time management, organizational and project management skills, with experience guiding contractors and internal team members and keeping key stakeholders on deadline.Demonstrated ability to support and help drive a content pipeline for the organization, meeting regularly with key stakeholders, managing projects, and prioritizing incoming requests.Dexterity developing various forms of content including thought leadership, video, infographics, blog and social posts, podcasts, etc.Proficiency conducting independent research, developing story angles, and identifying noteworthy trends.Multimedia experience and understanding of how to use imagery to communicate complex concepts.Aptitude for measuring success of individual content pieces against multi-channel KPIs and using this evaluation to inform the overall communications plan and content strategyStrong desire to collaborate, learn, inject new ideas, and continuously improveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKey Responsibilities (% of time)

The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include the following specific tasks. Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Content Development – 60%Support development of new forms of content and collaborate with design and social media teams to develop infographics and video contentProvide ongoing copywriting and editorial support to various marketing and communications teams, and review content created outside of the teamEvolve editorial guidelines and be an ambassador for writing style across the firm to ensure that all content aligns with brand positioning and editorial standardsBuild consensus and manage expectations among key internal and external partners/stakeholders on digital marketing capabilities vision and resourcesWork with global colleagues across brand and product marketing to socialize content pipelineDevelop strong relationships with Nextuple colleagues, partners, and other key stakeholder

Conduct research and monitor B2B SaaS order management trends and initiatives in retail and groceryGenerate research-based topic ideas for calendar considerationMonitor competitor landscape, curate research archive, and share best practices as applicableCampaign Project Management and Execution – 20%

Collaborate with internal team, key stakeholders, freelancers, and external parties to drive projects from concept to execution to deliveryCoordinate kickoff meetings to identify target audience, objectives, distribution strategy, etc., and conduct regular meetings throughout content creation processProvide ongoing support for and communication of the group’s content calendar

Content Marketing Strategy – 10%Support development and management of content calendar based on annual/monthly themes, balancing product, thematic, and timely content needsContribute to a content/storytelling strategy that aligns with the marketing strategyAnalyze and report on content success metrics to measure ROIESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education

BS/BA or equivalentHubspot Certifications or commensurate years of experienceAdditional Skills

Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Jira, Photoshop, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Seismic, SEO, UX.Experience

3-5 years of increasing levels of responsibility in content marketing, development, and strategy; copywriting and editing; and project management. B2B experience required. Retail, Grocery, or Ecommerce experience preferred. Background in marketing campaigns, content creation, video production, speechwriting, or other creative fields a plus.Get In Touch
