This position will evolve and may serve as a launching position to future opportunities at Morgan Corp.Essential Job Functions:Regularly capture photo and video content of Morgan Corp. jobsites, employees, and internal/external eventsPlan and produce photo/video shoots (and complete all post-production processing) for content across social media channels and websiteCollaborate with Marketing team for social media calendarsAttend and cover corporate events and operator training eventsTravel to MC project sites and interact with crewsCoordinate with third-party marketing agenciesStay abreast of social media trends and technological advancementsDevelop internal and external professional relationships to support marketing effortsTake professional headshots of employees as neededMaintain our photography and videography archivesSupport Training Department and others for photo and video needsRequirements and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Visual Communications, or Media ArtsDesign experience in the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and PremierConstruction experience is preferred but not requiredWillingness to work on construction sites and follow safety protocolsSome evening and weekend work requiredDrone license is a plusTraits and Skills:Eagerness to learn and share knowledgeProfessional communication skills, including the ability to influenceConfidence and effortless interpersonal skillsCuriosity and idea generationStrong interest and knowledge in social media
