This position requires analysis, dedication, and forethought to chart the course of an established and developing marketing endeavor. There will be dynamic job requirements, including initial involvement in all levels of marketing tasks, including content creation and coordination for social media channels.Essential Job Functions:Plan and communicate marketing strategiesCoordinate efforts of third-party marketing agenciesGather and analyze data on social media and marketing effortsManage website including new content creation and collaboration with SEO vendorPlan and schedule advertising for recruitingTravel to MC project sites and build rapport throughout the organizationDevelop internal and external professional relationships to support marketing effortsCopywriting and copy editingLead or support internal communication effortsCollaborate and support the following departments:

Recruiting, Business Development, and EstimatingHuman Resources, Safety, Survey, Equipment, Training, Finance, IT, and Operations

Support Corporate Proposal Process by managing content, copy editing and graphic designManage social media efforts of the Marketing TeamGenerate and share meaningful content daily for social media and websitePhotography and editingFilm and edit short videos for social mediaGraphic designResearch and share relevant industry postsPlan, attend, and cover corporate events and operator training eventsStay abreast of social media trends and technological advancementsManage Marketing efforts related to subsidiary company Palmetto Rock:Requirements and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or EnglishConstruction experience is a preferred but not requiredWillingness to work on construction sites and follow safety protocolsSome evening and weekend work required.Traits and Skills:Professional communication skills, including the ability to influenceConfidence and effortless interpersonal skillsCuriosity and idea generationCommitment to accomplishmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, grasp, reach with hands and arms, see, speak, and hear.
