As our Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative force behind our brand’s voice and presence. If you have a passion for marketing, design, and creativity along with an appreciation for teamwork and collaboration, this role could be an ideal match.What you will do:Collaborate & create:
Work with our internal teams, videographers, and photographers to produce high-quality, branded marketing materials and campaigns.Craft Content:
Create compelling content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.Research & React:
Stay ahead of industry trends and know our competition to keep us on the cutting edge.Develop Comms:
Collaborate with internal teams to execute internal and external communications.Event Planning:
Plan and develop new ideas for our bigger internal and external eventsNetwork & Build Relationships:
Develop relationships with industry professionals, media, and partners to amplify our reach.You will be a great fit if you:Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or similarHave Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry knowledgeAre technologically savvy and proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Word, Excel, and PowerpointAre familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TwitterUnderstand analytics that translate to marketing KPIsApproach design with creativity and disciplineAre extremely detail-orientedHave excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAre organized and can handle multiple tasks at onceEnjoy taking initiative and are self motivatedTake ownership of your role and assignments while also having a collaborative spiritAre a creative thinker with a knack for problem-solvingHave a love for trying new things and continued learningAre an active member of the design and marketing communityThink this job description sounds awesome!When you join us, you can find your own way through:1.
