The future of modern marketing is data driven and places technology at the core. The enablement practice within RTM is focused on creating transformational experiences by equipping business units and growth pods with the capabilities and feature functionalities that next-gen technologies have the ability to deliver.As a Manager for Digital Site Optimization, you will be responsible for planning and executing on test concepts focused on localized efforts and targeting key segments, allowing us to extract maximum value in our Real-Time Marketing efforts. You will be using cutting edge test tools and AI-driven platforms to address key gaps and pain points in the digital shopping experience. You will support the strategy leads in building the test specifications which include socializing the final approach with our business stakeholders. You will develop both A|B and multivariate testing, overseeing its development and ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness in improving key selling pages and experiences. You will also take the learnings and results of each test and present them to leaders to determine the best potential solutions.Responsibilities include:Setting and delivering a strategy of national and localized digital testing opportunities to drive growth, increase revenue, reduce support costs, and improve the digital experience for customers with a focus on segments.Driving cross functional collaboration through the testing and optimization process from ideation through creative development, site deployment, results reporting and executive readouts.Ensuring tight linkage across business owners to coordinate testing with site enhancements and maintain alignment with the broader digital strategy.Building highly effective and mutually-rewarding relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and be able to effectively communicate and gain buy-in with stakeholders and executives.What we're looking for...You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience in Digital CX, digital marketing, or digital product management either in a business, agency, or consulting organization.Experience and knowledge of digital technologies, products and services, and the overall digital ecosystem.Experience in creating and executing effective programs to grow sales, traffic, and/or engagement.Experience planning and implementing digital site optimizations or multivariate tests with a goal of maximizing conversion rate, orders, or other business outcomes.Even better if you have:An MBA or Advanced degree in Digital Marketing and Media.Experience using digital targeting and personalization systems and technologies.Experience in roles that require initiative to drive project funnels, tenacity to deliver results in a complex environment, and the ability to lead across many concurrent projects.Strong data analytics and quantitative skills in financial and assessment of monetization models.If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed above.Where you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.Scheduled Weekly Hours

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $115,000.00 and $213,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
