The primary focus of this position is to manage the execution of marketing plans to drive qualified leads and traffic. This position is responsible for successfully implementing assigned project charters, campaigns, product launches, content audits, data-driven research, event strategy, and more. This position leads with a collaborative mindset and is committed to the overall marketing success of the organization, willing to take on all tasks, big or small, to achieve marketing goals.What you will be doing:

Execute a digital-first advertising and marketing strategy, including placement and performance management of paid search, display ads, email marketing, paid social, OTT, streaming radio, and more.Develop annual event strategy and lead in coordinating all in-person and virtual events, including home releases, community launches, product launches, homeowner appreciation activities, realtor outreach and more.Lead content auditing program for website and third-party sites focusing on performance, accuracy, and brand adherence. This includes monthly reviews and reporting creative and copy updates, and traffic strategy.Assist in the management and successful launch of various company project charters ensuring proper communication to internal and external audiences and timely execution.Lead the execution of community and product launch plans, including pre- and post-advertising and marketing, online presence, event management and reporting.Conduct feasibility and marketing research studies; organize the findings and use this information to know our customer and increase our competitive advantage in the marketplace.Collaborate with our in-house team of brand and creative professionals to request, proof, and deliver projects via an online project management platform.Represent marketing on cross-functional teams, clearly communicating strategies and objectives.Maintain healthy vendor relationships, creating maximum ROI for Oakwood Homes.Support our Sales Counselors, ensuring they have innovative and necessary tools to be successful.Demonstrate strong project management skills with an attention to detail and focus on results.Other duties as assigned.You Have:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

5 years of experience in developing, planning, and executing successful marketing strategies.Effective and proven leadership skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge of project management software (Lytho preferred).Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred).Technology and social media savvy.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.Experience in homebuilding preferred, but not required.Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.Ability to follow defined business processes.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Must be a positive collaborator, self-starter and strive for continuous improvement.You Might Also Have:
