The person in this role will need to be well versed with the project management tool Asana! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital and print material projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications, photo shoots, testimonials, and advertising campaigns. The Project Manager relies on their ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize projects, derive strategic insights, and communicate findings and perspectives to all levels of the organization. In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and measurement of strategic initiatives to drive the FASTer Way's continued growth.

Essential Functions

Creates, implements, manages, and maintains scheduled deadlines and strategic product roadmap

Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for projects simultaneously

Conducts research and designs analytics that oversees the digital product and presents information and solutions to help improve our product to client interaction

Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

Continually analyzes the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over competitors

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Maintains a deep understanding of the user persona and buyer persona and develops unique value propositions for both

Develop robust project plans to ensure excellence over time, aligning resources, due dates, critical paths and task contingencies

Monitor, analyze, and act on key product analytics in order to continuously improve the product, increase retention rate, and boost customer lifetime value (LTV)

Overseeing the development of new products from concept to launch including working with designers, developers, and engineers

Reviewing and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and style to ensure that it appeals to a variety of clientele

Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices

Define the type of work/content needed for the requested project/outcome

Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards

Manage project issues and risks, and participate in quality issue resolution to mitigate impact to company baseline

Build and promote positive relationships with all stakeholders, including department leadership and their respective teams

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members

Communicate with other team members regularly to align on projects, best practices, and shared learnings and insights

Monitor the performance of project/marketing team

Work directly in project management tool Asana to track, manage, and deliver projects and tasks on time, and provide reporting as requested

Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Degree in Marketing, Project Management, or relevant experiences accepted

Minimum 2-4 years experience leading teams

JExperience in Asana, Jira or other related project management tool and agile environment preferred

Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members

Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives
