Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientsUnderstand client goals and objectives to effectively communicate them to the internal teamCollaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaignsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to clientsIdentify opportunities for upselling and expanding client partnershipsAddress and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective mannerTrack and report key account metricsQualifications
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar roleStrong understanding of marketing principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareA Plus if you know Go High Level, not requiredBenefits
