DescriptionSummaryThe Inside Sales Representative will support their assigned Account Managers by completing internal processes, creating quotes, interacting with existing customers and processing orders.

Essential FunctionsSupport the Account Manager by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating sales related reports for management, and performing general office functions;Handle and prioritize both internal and customer requests;Provide assistance with quotes and public solicitations (IFB, RFQ, RFP, etc.);Serve as liaison with other departments in the company to gather documentation and data for supporting the Account Manager;Support marketing activities by attending networking and other related events;Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company;Monitor sales activity in ConnectWise and assist the Account Manager where needed;Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures;Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities;Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints in ConnectWise University;Enter all work into ConnectWise as activities or service tickets.

Minimum QualificationsAssociate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experienceAt least 1 year of experience in similar positionCurrent and valid US driver’s license preferredMust pass pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with federal, state, and local laws

Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesProficient with general office applications;Accuracy and attention to detail;Enjoy working with customers and external audiences;Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills;Skill in preparing written communications and materials;Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care;Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly;Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry;Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and see. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Frequent lifting required of items 5-25 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Work EnvironmentThis job operates in both a professional office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites. Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting. May be exposed to variable weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
