As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Strider, you will proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, possess a keen understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive product success. Product strategy: partner with the product management team to understand the product roadmap, share research findings and prospect insights to help inform product strategy decisions. Collaborate with product managers to help determine the best strategies for bringing new products or features to market.Go-to-market & lifecycle marketing: develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and or services. Support products and services throughout their lifecycle. Assist with the development of detailed marketing and launch plans and coordinate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution.Research: work with internal subject matter experts, third-party research firms, and independent research methods to gain expertise on the overall market landscape. Focus on understanding the similarities and differences between focus sectors, markets, and verticals; buyer personas; and key competitors.Messaging & positioning: help develop and maintain value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies for products, features, and services.Customer insights: advocate for current and prospective customers within the company by serving as their voice and championing their needs. Work closely with other internal teams to gather frontline insights, conduct win/loss interviews, monitor trends, and stay engaged with customer advisory boards to gather valuable feedback and insights.Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS organizations; enterprise experience a plus.Familiarity with highly technical products and services.Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots translate ideas into tangible outcomes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Benefits
