for the Lum Hotel in Inglewood.As Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with all sales and marketing activities including digital marketing, branding, programming, and public-facing initiatives, as directed by corporate and the property’s Director of Sales and Marketing.San Francisco based Sightline Hospitality, LLC is a hotel management company of a portfolio of Full-service, Limited Service and Boutique hotels across the United States, including Hawaii. The success of our business begins and ends with you!As Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will:

Respond to client calls and special requests and obtain final details, dates, times, and hotel room and meeting room requirements. Regularly follow-up with clients and maintain accurate and updated information.Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Coordinate details with other departments such as VIP amenities, special requests, or other service needs or special handling.May coordinate outside vendor service’s needs (floral displays, audio/visual, etc.) where appropriate. Regularly follow-up to ensure set-up requirements meet client needs.Serve as a marketing champion for the hotel, supporting marketing projects to ensure everything public facing be it collateral, programming, events, digital material, and the like is on brand.Stay plugged in and up to date on destination happenings, to align our marketing efforts with on-brand developments in the market.Support the creation and execution of aligned and branded events, programs, and experiences.Create and manage programming onsite and online calendars in-line with the properties’ positioning and goals.Work with the General Managers and property Operations and F&B teams to ensure excellent execution of all programs and events.Maintain monthly marketing and campaigns calendar, with all key initiatives spelled out, so that all relevant parties are kept informed.When appropriate, facilitate access to the hotel for visiting high profile personalities, ensuring they receive excellent service and enjoy their time as guests.Drive engagement on social media channels by helping to create and manage daily content and interacting with followers.Support email marketing strategy and execution.Maintain hotel and restaurant websites to ensure content is constantly kept fresh and up to date.Manage hotel and restaurants web presence, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate on various listing sites (Yelp, Google My Business, local sites, etc.), and we are responding to queries in a timely manner.Work with the external public relations team to ensure messaging is consistent and garner press.Support photoshoots (internal and external/with partners).Constantly keep image libraries organized and updated with visuals that are on brand.Perform other duties as assigned (guest room tours, property tours, special guest requests, maintaining calendars, answering phones and routing to appropriate sales staff, handling of mail, faxes, etc.)Resolve requests and/or complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or dissatisfied clients.Perform administrative duties such as typing proposals, letters, contracts, etc. Collect data, update databases, and complete departmental monthly reports.Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.Prior marketing and digital marketing experience a plus, preferably within the hospitality space (boutique environment strongly preferred).College degree focusing on Communications, Marketing or Journalism a plus.Desired Skills/Experience:

An engaging, positive, and professional style.Natural ability to network and make authentic connections within various circles of hotel community.High levels of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.Ability to liaise with multiple parties (vendors, hotel management) with tact and sincerity to see projects through to completion.Proficient in social media platforms and social media dashboards.Experience using Email Marketing Tools including technical awareness of email deliverability techniques.Essential Physical Abilities:
