The Communications Manager will coordinate with Low Carbon Generation Communication team to lead the execution of external and internal communications strategies for Repsol, Renewables North America division. The ideal candidate is passionate about communications and strategy to drive employee engagement and strengthen brand affinity.RESPONSABILITIESPublic RelationsPublic relations are central to our integrated communications approach. Public relations are fundamental to communicating with purpose and clarity. Our goal is to maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and journalists across the country and to collaborate with top-tier publications and influential trade media.Manage relations with the North American media and act as a spokesperson and representative for Repsol Renewables North AmericaEnsure the coordination of the team with other areas of the Company.Prepare talking points/key messages for other company representatives that are interacting with the media.Community InvolvementIt is essential to be an active part of the communities in which we work. We seek to establish meaningful relationships that translate into long-term partnerships with local communities, and we strive to build trust, credibility, and support by working in close coordination with local organizations and community members.Participate in the development of content for Repsol Renewables North America’s external digital assets/channels, proposing development plans and improvements for design and content, and ensuring that the channels are tailored to the needs of the Repsol and its stakeholders.Coordinate corporate events at industry related conferences.Support project teams as requested with community events and engagement.BrandingMonitor and ensure the correct implementation of the brand in all media and materials.Coordinate local sponsorships. Work with the business to ensure the correct implementation of the brand.Digital Media and WebCreate and manage the production of high-quality content, including press releases, social media posts and other digital media, to share information, garner exposure, and increase engagement.Internal CommsWork with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure internal communications are aligned with business objectives and supports Repsol’s culture and values.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.Act as project manager as assigned, managing cross-departmental requests.Job QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
