West Texas Technology Communications Manager

DescriptionThe Technology Communications Manager will be responsible for the following:Ability to configure new equipment such as LTE routers, radios and new product lines (cell towers, cameras, etc.)Manage completion of full rig communication installations, moves and rig downsOversee West Texas communications operation (employees, client relations, etc.)Provide communications training to new traineesAbility to communicate effectively to plan Rig needsEnsure Corporate's instructions are completed correctly and promptlyAbility to think innovatively and propose efficient service ideas such as ways to decrease service calls and new product ideasAbility to provide leadership and be the main contact for questions or issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaComplete other duties as assignedRequirementsThe following are required by the Technology Communications Manager:A minimum of 2 years' experience working in communicationsAbility to troubleshoot all communications productsAccountable, dependable and respected by othersProficient in Microsoft Office
